While walking the small streets in Liege, a rain shower made me stop and wait under a porch. Then I noticed across the street this white building�s columns softly lit by the cloudy sky. I was fascinated by their simple, minimalist, yet superlative design, rhythmic interaction, subtle color palette of whites and beige. I waited a few minutes for the rain to stop, then just captured them straight on, zooming in from where I was standing, to increase the flattening effect.
